Delete your Taxi Bandhu account

You can delete your account and data at any time. There are two ways.

Option 1: In the app

  1. Open the Taxi Bandhu app.
  2. Go to Me.
  3. Tap Delete account and follow the steps.

Option 2: On this page

Use the form. We send an OTP to your mobile number to check it is you.

Open duty? You cannot delete your account while you have a duty that is posted or assigned. Finish or cancel it in the app first.

What we delete

  • Your name, mobile number and email
  • Your profile and profile photo
  • Your vehicles
  • Your documents and photo files
  • Your live and last location
  • Your devices and sessions — you are signed out everywhere straight away
  • Your chats — the whole conversation, for both sides
  • Your notifications

What we keep (without your contact details)

The law requires us to keep some records. We keep them without your name, mobile number or email:

  • Payment and tax records (up to 8 years)
  • Audit and security logs
  • Proof of the consents you gave

Good to know

  • Deletion is permanent. It cannot be undone.
  • You can sign up again later with the same mobile number. It will be a new, empty account.
